Has massively helped regulate my hormones, pms symptoms and menstrual cycle as someone who suffers with PCOS. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do, you reap the benefits of each herb and the taste is a bonus. Definitely worth adding to your morning and night routine x

I am so moody in the mornings so this was a great substitute for coffee, very relaxing and tasty with honey

I'm really enjoying my tea, I feel 100% more relaxed, I'm finding that I'm not as anxious as I previously was. The week before I got the flu I stopped using my fan at night so I feel it's definitely helping with my hot flushes. I still have a few tea bags left but I will definitely be purchasing more.
Side note: the taste is also a winner.

I cannot sing praises about this tea enough!! Before using this, I struggled with pms symptoms; bad back aches, acne, headaches, nausea. Since drinking this tea once, sometimes twice a day, it’s helped alleviate those pains so much, makes that week go by so much smoother.
I’ve recommended this to a handful of co-workers that’ve said they’ve had the same help from it, so thank you!!!!
